Automotive module programming in Austin

SRS module services, ECU cloning, and Stage 1 and Stage 2 tuning for supported vehicles. We review the vehicle and module details before recommending a procedure.

Check compatibility

We review part numbers, fault codes, and module compatibility before scheduling work.

A clear recommendation

We explain the recommended service and its scope before programming begins.

Mobile and bench service

We work at the vehicle when possible and on the bench when the procedure requires it.

A careful process from diagnosis to verification

Vehicle electronics often depend on matching software, security data, and hardware. We identify the module, choose a supported procedure, and verify the result.

01

Analyze

Symptoms, communication, part numbers, and whether the original module still has usable data.

02

Program

Crash-data reset, a clone onto a compatible module, or a stage file built for that ECU.

03

Verify

Communication, fault status, and that the car runs on the file that was written.

What to expect

Check the module. Do the supported procedure. Confirm the result.

  1. 01
    Confirm

Year, model, symptoms, and the module part number. For a clone, both the original and the replacement.

  2. 02
    Program

On site when the car can stay together. On the bench when the ECU has to be unlocked or cloned off the vehicle.

  3. 03
    Verify

The module communicates, the faults that belong to the job are cleared, and you know what was written.

Why customers choose us

  • Owner-operated. You speak directly with the technician handling the work.
  • BMW bench unlocks for supported families, including B48, B58, S55, and S58, without opening the ECU when the protocol allows it.
  • GM modules programmed with factory service software when the repair calls for a dealer procedure.
  • Mobile across Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Kyle, Buda, and San Marcos.

Frequently asked questions

Can every airbag module be reset?

No. Some store crash data that can be cleared after the repairs. Others are damaged or locked and have to be replaced. The module is checked first.

What do you need for a clone?

The original module, the replacement, and both part numbers. A clone only works when the replacement can take that data. A used module from the wrong car is not always usable.

Is stage tuning a ready-made file?

No. The ECU has to be identified, and on many BMWs it has to be unlocked on the bench first. The calibration is for that vehicle, not a file copied from another car.

Do you come to me?

Yes, in the Austin area, when the procedure can be done on the vehicle. Bench jobs mean the module is removed and programmed off the car.
